All full-time employees are eligible to participate in our Group Medical plan. Banterra pays a significant portion of the employee and dependent premiums for this coverage.
All full-time employees are eligible for participation in the Banterra Dental Plan.
The dental segment is divided into three sections: Preventive, Basic and Major. Banterra pays a significant portion of the employee and dependent premiums for this coverage.
Banterra provides basic life insurance coverage for full-time employees.
Banterra provides a long-term disability policy which offers partial income replacement in the event a full-time employee is unable to work because of a non-work related illness or injury.
All full-time employees may elect coverage under various supplemental insurance policies. These policies pay predefined dollar amounts to covered individuals for selected illness or treatments. If elected, the employee pays the premiums through payroll deduction.
Paid Time Off
Full-time employees accrue annual paid leave time based on employment date. The annual leave may be used by the employee for any reason.
Extended Sick Leave
Full-time employees accrue paid leave time that may be used for illness of themselves or to care for a family member after three consecutive days of absences.
Full-time employees receive eight hours of pay per holiday. The company follows the Federal Reserve holiday schedule for the majority of its locations.
Full-time employees will receive bereavement leave for the death of a family member.
The Company will grant full-time employees a leave of absence with full pay.
Section 125 Cafeteria Plan
Banterra provides a cafeteria plan that permits the use of pre-tax dollars to purchase benefits for employees and their dependents. The Plan also allows pre-tax deductions for Dependent Child Care and Medical Reimbursement.
Banterra maintains a 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan for employees.
Banterra offers a tuition reimbursement program to assist employees in developing their professional growth.
